Life, Interrupted: Max and Cancer

As long as illness has been around, people have struggled with how to communicate sickness. A few weeks ago I noticed a mass on my dog Max. Unfortunately, the mass was cancer.

So I am asking for your positive wishes and prayers for the little guy. He is undergoing extensive surgery on Wednesday to remove the tumor on his ribs which also extends into his chest.

Max is the ultimate fighter. But every fighter needs a crew, every dog a pack. And if everything goes in our favor, Max will be back at the dog park soon.
