Cooking with Friends

This Saturday night was spent with my good friend Jennifer baking holiday cookies. Besides destroying a kitchen and leaving chocolate ganache everywhere, the cookies were darn good.

My friends have a nickname for me when I cook. The Swedish Chef.

I have a habit of obliterating everything around me. And making an utter mess. However, the Gingerbread Cookies and Simply Sugar Cookies were to die for.

And now I find myself with a stomach ache, a smile and a tin full of cookies on a Saturday night.
