Day 3: Michigan Reunion

Something I have always said, friends are my reset button. When you need to be true to yourself and think about all the decisions that you have made, nothing is better than a weekend with people who know you best.

Today we woke up and made homemade breakfast burritos and then walked down to the Pier to watch the action on the beach. A pod of dolphins joined us and above them a formation of World War II fighters flew along the shore.

On the plane ride back to San Francisco, I met a remarkable couple. They had just lost 100 pound together and celebrating by coming up to the Bay Area for a vacation.

This weekend was relaxing and remarkable. I am fully rested and ready to face the week.
