Around the World in 1 Week: A Few Hours in Hong Kong
The flight path into Hong Kong is beautiful. What you first notice are the clouds and ships making their way into the harbor. Then you see the buildings all next to each other.
I love Hong Kong because it has a sophistication that eludes definition. Hong Kong is so complex, so intense that it can spur soul searching at times. I grabbed lunch at a stand with fried noodles and some shrimp dumplings.
As I conclude my week around the world, I make a final stop in Hong Kong. I love the food and the pace of life.
